Niantic has announced the start of the latest Pokémon GO season, titled Twilight Trails. The season introduces a variety of new content, including fresh Pokémon debuts, updated raid rotations, and changes to the game's Max Battle system.

New Debuts and Mega Evolutions
Trainers can look forward to the arrival of Pokémon originally discovered in the Paldea region, specifically Maschiff and its evolution, Mabosstiff. The season also expands the current pool of Mega Evolutions with the addition of Mega Staraptor and Mega Chandelure.
Max Battle Refresh
The Max Battle feature is receiving an update for the duration of the season. Dynamax Rhyhorn, Sneasel, and Sizzlipede are confirmed for the new rotation. Additionally, a dedicated Max Battle Day will feature the Lake Guardians: Uxie, Mesprit, and Azelf in their Dynamax forms.
Seasonal Egg Pool
Players can hatch a variety of Pokémon from Eggs throughout the season. Current confirmed 2 KM Egg hatches include Elekid, Magby, and Azurill, all of which have the potential to be Shiny.
