How the Pokémon Sleep Integration Works
The Pikachu edition Fitbit Air synchronizes with the Pokémon Sleep app via Health Connect on Android or Apple Health on iOS. As you rest, the wearable records sleep stages and duration, transferring the data directly to the game each morning so players can catch Pokémon based on their sleeping patterns.
Beyond overnight tracking, the device also logs daytime naps. This gives players extra opportunities to gather in-game Pokémon during commute snoozes or daytime rest. The integration serves as an alternative for players who prefer not to leave their phones next to their beds overnight.
