Call of Duty: Warzone Season 5 introduces Win Streak Camos, giving players a way to earn exclusive rewards by stringing together consecutive victories across main playlists. Each core mode features two weapon camos—a static version and an animated version—unlocked after hitting specific win milestones before the season ends on Sept. 17.
How to Unlock Win Streak Camos
- Play Standard or Ranked Play: Wins must be earned in Standard playlists or Ranked Play. Casual Battle Royale and Casual Resurgence victories do not count.
- Meet the Streak Requirements: Win the required number of consecutive matches in your chosen mode.
- Track Your Progress: Open the main menu, go to the Career tab, select Challenges, choose Placement Challenges, and open the Streak section.

Prematch Backout Restrictions
Season 5 adds Prematch Backout Restrictions to playlists supporting Win Streaks and Champion’s Quest. Repeatedly leaving matches before they begin while you or a party member has active progress will eventually reset your Win Streak and Champion’s Quest progress to zero. The game warns you before applying penalties, and completing a full match resets your backout tracking.
Tips for Maintaining Win Streaks
Winning consecutive matches is easier with a coordinated squad using complementary perk packages:
- Drill Instructor: Provides a team movement speed buff.
- Surveyor: Increases UAV radius and improves map awareness (can be paired with Hunter).
- Field Medic: Speeds up revives during fights.
- Hunter: Reveals enemy headings on the minimap when a UAV is active.
Using meta weapons like the FG42 and DS20 Mirage assault rifles, VST and REV-46 SMGs, or the Hawker HX sniper rifle improves performance across different ranges. Drop in, plan early rotations, and prioritize Scavenger and Supply Run contracts to quickly build cash for custom loadouts.
