Developer Inside System has announced that The Legend of Dark Witch Episode 4 will arrive on PlayStation 5 on August 6, 2026. The 2D side-scrolling action title expands the series, which first began in 2014, to Sony's current-gen console.

Gameplay Overview
In this pixel-art action game, players control the character Zizou. The core gameplay loop involves collecting “Tres” from defeated enemies to power up character abilities. As players navigate toward the boss room in each stage, they must locate and destroy hidden special enemies called “Jammers.”
Defeating bosses provides the player with new magic abilities, which are essential for progression. The narrative follows Zizou as she attempts to stop a group known as Verde, who are utilizing Jammers to disrupt magical communication in their pursuit of world domination.
