Quick Facts

Gameplay and Companion Mechanics

Lootbound blends Dungeons & Dragons elements with turn-based combat and loot management. Each run starts with the player alone on the map, searching for gear and enemies. Along the way, players meet AI companions who offer assistance. These teammates move autonomously during battles and cannot be directly controlled.

At the conclusion of every run, players choose one of two boss parts that alter the Guardian's appearance and powers. Collecting all the parts ultimately allows players to assemble the final boss.

Demos, Discounts, and Post-Launch Plans

Ahead of the new August 14 launch window, ArtDock has made a playable demo available on the game's Steam page. When the game officially drops later this month, it will launch with a 35% discount. Furthermore, the development team confirmed that multiple post-release updates are already in active development.
