Riot Games is rolling out League of Legends patch 26.14 on July 15, 2026. This update serves as a follow-up to the final MSI patch, aiming to stabilize the meta by buffing underperforming champions and toning down some of the most dominant picks from the recent tournament circuit.

Champion Balance Updates

The developer is shifting power across several roles this patch. Here is the breakdown of the most significant changes:

Buffs

  • Corki: AD growth is up from 2 to 2.5. Additionally, the passive cooldown reduction on auto-attacks for his [R] Missile Barrage is increased from 2-4 seconds to 2-6 seconds.
  • Mordekaiser: His [R] Realm of Death stat steal increases from 10 to 13 percent, and his [E] Death’s Grasp damage is bumped to 60-140 (+45 percent AP).
  • Nami: [E] Tidecaller’s Blessing damage per hit is increased to 20/35/50/65/80.
  • Yunara: AD growth increased from 2.5 to 3.
  • Azir: Various bug fixes are being implemented to improve his stability.

Nerfs

  • Garen: The true damage on [R] Demacian Justice is reduced to 125/200/275.
  • Jayce: Movement speed from his passive is reduced to 30, and his hammer form resistances are lowered at higher levels.
  • Locke: Damage on [Q] Ritual Nails and the base Grey Health cap on [W] Soul Ignition have both been reduced.
  • Senna: Her critical strike damage modifier is now -20 percent, and both the slow and healing ratios on [Q] Piercing Darkness are being weakened.
  • Seraphine: The AP ratio on [Q] High Note is reduced from 50 to 40 percent.

System and Item Adjustments

Several system-wide changes aim to adjust sustain and burst damage:

  • Blue Buff: Now provides 10/15/20 Ability Haste based on the player's level.
  • Hextech Rocketbelt: Now grants 350 Health (up from 300) and 60 AP (down from 70). Its cooldown has increased to 50 seconds.
  • Jack of All Trades: The adaptive force at five and 10 stacks has been reduced to 6/20.
  • Protoplasm Harness: The cost is up to 2,600 gold, with reduced early durability and healing stats.
  • Immortal Path: The mid-lane quest upgrade now grants 4 percent damage (down from 5) and 12 percent increased healing/shielding (down from 15).

New Skins

In addition to balance shifts, this patch introduces the T1 Worlds 2025 champion skin collection and the new Victorious Rengar cosmetic. These updates will be available across all regions following the server maintenance on July 15.
