Three major PlayStation 5 titles have officially reached gold status, signaling that their core development is complete ahead of their respective fall 2026 launches. Remedy Entertainment, One More Level, and the development team behind Star Wars: Galactic Racer have all confirmed their games are ready for production.

Quick Facts

  • Control Resonant: Digital release September 24, 2026; Physical release October 15, 2026.
  • Star Wars: Galactic Racer: October 6, 2026.
  • Valor Mortis: October 13, 2026.

Remedy Entertainment announced that Control Resonant has gone gold, though the developer noted that the physical disc release has been shifted to October 15 to allow more time for delivery. The digital version remains locked to its original September 24 date. The sequel to the 2019 title shifts the perspective to Dylan Faden, exploring events outside the Oldest House.

Valor Mortis, a first-person Souls-like from Ghostrunner developer One More Level, also confirmed its gold status. The game, which features a unique blend of Napoleonic-era history and supernatural combat, is slated for an October 13 release. With the game reaching this milestone nearly two months early, the studio plans to utilize the remaining time for final polish and day-one updates.

Finally, Star Wars: Galactic Racer has finished development. Created by developers with backgrounds in the Burnout and Need for Speed series, the title incorporates a roguelike campaign and a narrative focus alongside its pod-racing mechanics. It is currently scheduled to arrive on October 6.
