Gamescom Opening Night Live 2026 is scheduled for Tuesday, August 25, 2026. Hosted by Geoff Keighley, the event will broadcast live from Cologne, Germany, to kick off the annual gaming expo.

- North America: 11am PDT / 12pm MDT / 1pm CDT / 2pm EDT
- UK/Ireland: 7pm BST
- Europe: 8pm CEST / 9pm EEST

A pre-show featuring additional game announcements will begin 30 minutes prior to these start times. The total broadcast, including the pre-show, is expected to last roughly two hours.

- Final Fantasy VII Revelation
- Game of Thrones: War for Westeros
Additional titles, such as Dune: Awakening, Control Resonant, and Silent Hill: Townfall, are also considered likely to appear based on upcoming release schedules.
