Scuf has launched its latest PC controller, the Nemesis Pro 8K. The new gamepad introduces an 8,000Hz polling rate to the brand's lineup, stepping up from the 1,000Hz rate used by previous wired and wireless models.

Features and Design
The Nemesis Pro 8K shares a similar shape and feel with the Scuf Valor Pro, though it drops the Xbox branding and removes the Valor Pro's four vibration motors. Despite the removal of the motors, the gamepad is only a couple of grams lighter. It retains an asymmetric thumbstick design, mechanical mouse-click face buttons, dual-mode triggers, TMR thumbsticks, four back paddles, and companion app support.
Notably, the small side nubbins found on the Omega and Envision Pro controllers are absent on the Nemesis Pro 8K. These additional side buttons on previous models aimed to keep more controls accessible, but frequently resulted in accidental mis-fires.
Market Position
Priced at $199.99 for the wireless edition, the Nemesis Pro 8K sits higher than the wireless Valor Pro MSRP of $189.99, but below Scuf's PlayStation-licensed Omega at $219.99. In the broader PC controller market, it will compete against options like the GameSir G7 Pro 8K, which offers TMR thumbsticks and a charging dock at a lower price point of $89.99.
