Construction Simulator: Evolution is changing its rollout strategy. Publisher astragon Entertainment announced that the simulation title will first launch in Early Access for PC via Steam before its full release across PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC.

New Demolition Features and Equipment
Alongside the release model update, the developer detailed a new demolition gameplay mechanic. Players must select specific, officially licensed machines and attachments based on the material they need to tear down.
Confirmed equipment includes:
- The SENNEBOGEN 670 E equipped with a wrecking ball
- The hydraulic Combi Cutter CC 1600 U with universal jaws from Epiroc
- A handheld demolition hammer from Wacker Neuson
Attendees at Gamescom 2026, running from August 26 to 30 at Koelnmesse in Cologne, Germany, can go hands-on with the new demolition feature.
