Warner Bros. Games has officially unveiled the Mayhem Collection, the latest DLC for the critically acclaimed LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight. The expansion introduces two of DC’s most iconic villains—The Joker and Harley Quinn—as fully playable characters with unique gameplay mechanics.
New Playable Characters and Combat
Unlike previous characters in the game, the Mayhem Collection duo features distinct combat styles:
- The Joker: Employs an agile, fast-paced combat approach, utilizing a Boxing Glove and a Paintball Pelter to engage enemies.
- Harley Quinn: Relies on an arsenal that includes her signature hammer and a “Fun Gun” capable of firing bubblegum and confetti. She can also summon her pet hyenas, Bud and Lou, to assist in battle.
DLC Content and Availability
The Mayhem Collection centers on the origins of the relationship between Joker and Harley Quinn, tasking players with completing an all-new Arkham story mission that depicts their escape from the asylum. In addition to the story content, the DLC includes “Mayhem Mode,” which allows players to utilize Joker and Harley Quinn in a free-roam capacity across Gotham City, and the “Sinister Pack,” which provides a collection of new character costumes.
