Supernova Studios has rolled out a brand-new player statistics system for Funnel Runners on PC via Steam, introducing cumulative career tracking for all active storm chasers.

Quick Facts

  • Platform: PC (Steam)
  • Year: 2026
  • Feature: Player Statistics System
  • Save Integration: Steam Cloud

How the Statistics System Works

Designed as a non-intrusive way to log runs, the new feature operates through real-time live tracking. Progress counts the exact millisecond an action happens in-game, meaning players don't even need to survive or finish a match for their data to record. All stats carry over between runs to build lifetime career totals, and every update syncs directly to your Steam Cloud save.

Because this is a fresh implementation, all initial statistic values start at zero. Previous actions, wins, and losses recorded before the update will not retroactively count toward player profiles.

Full Tracked Metrics Breakdown

Players can view their personal records straight from the Locker. The comprehensive list of metrics includes:

  • Game Time: Total time spent inside active matches.
  • Storms Experienced: Total matches played, win or lose.
  • Escaped the Storm & Lost in the Storm: Total successful and lost matches.
  • Fastest Escape: Personal record for the quickest win time.
  • Field Incidents & Recoveries: Total runner deaths and teammate revivals performed.
  • Environmental Hazards: Tornado encounters, time spent on fire, and damage interval time accumulated inside Acid and Hail storms.
  • Mechanics & Economy: Van repair minigames succeeded or failed, items collected, tokens collected and spent, and collectables deposited into the Storage Box.
  • Exploration & Hazards: Distance walked on foot, doors unbarred, lightning strikes taken, live wire shocks, and manhole falls.
  • Precision: Precise dart target hits and friendly-fire dart hits on teammates.

The development team confirmed that this feature is a preview of upcoming additions planned for future patches.
