Cold Iron Studios and Daybreak Game Company have confirmed that Aliens: Fireteam Elite 2 is arriving on the Nintendo Switch 2 this autumn. While the title is scheduled to launch on other platforms on August 25, 2026, Switch 2 owners can expect their version to follow shortly after during the autumn window.

The sequel builds on the foundation of the 2021 original by expanding the core fireteam size. Beyond this upcoming release, Sega and Creative Assembly have also announced that Alien: Isolation 2 is currently in development for the Nintendo Switch 2, with a planned launch in 2027.
