Ndemic Creations has officially moved After Inc: Revival out of early access on iOS and Android. The strategy survival simulator, which serves as a follow-up to the studio's breakout hit Plague Inc., is now available for purchase at $1.99.

After more than a year in early access, the game arrives with a collection of 12 major updates. Players are tasked with managing the aftermath of a global pandemic, functioning as a "mini 4X" strategy title. The official launch includes a new narrative campaign titled "Shadows of the Past," which tasks players with investigating a mysterious radio signal.
The developer has also included a sandbox mode for players who prefer a custom experience, alongside a scenario creator that allows users to share and play community-made content. Other additions include the free "Seeds of Hope" DLC, a new leader character called "The Researcher," and over 700 unlockable items for expeditions.
While the mobile version is now widely available, the title previously saw a PC release on June 17, 2025.
