Capcom has officially introduced the flagship Elder Dragon for Monster Hunter Outlanders, the upcoming mobile RPG. The new creature, named Ruger Aidal, was unveiled alongside the launch of the game's pre-registration phase.
Known in the lore of Aesoland as a rare and massive entity, Ruger Aidal is described as having a presence that resembles the sun. This reveal coincides with the game's appearance at Gamescom in Cologne, where attendees have the opportunity to participate in the "Adventurers' Feast" event and access a hands-on demo at Haxenhaus.
Third Closed Beta Details
While pre-registration is now live for the general public, the third closed beta test (CBT) is currently underway. Participants in the ongoing test have access to the following content:
- Nergigante Approaches: A specific in-game event.
- Crimson Authority: A recruitment-focused event.
- Hunting Dash: An additional event for testers.
- Login Bonuses: A reward program offering 60 recruitment attempts.
Players who participate in the current closed beta test are eligible to receive a test-exclusive icon and title to display in the game.
Gamescom Event Access
For those attending Gamescom, admission to the Haxenhaus event is free. However, organizers are prioritizing guests who sign up and reserve a seat in advance. Walk-in guests are permitted, though entry is subject to capacity and priority given to those with existing reservations.
