In Palworld, the Weakened status is a persistent ailment that occurs when your Pals are overworked or lack proper care. This status effect reduces both the movement and work speed of your creatures, and it will not resolve on its own.
How to Craft High Grade Medical Supplies
To treat a Weakened Pal, you will need to craft High Grade Medical Supplies at a Medieval Medicine Workbench. You can unlock this station at level 12 for two Technology Points. The crafting recipe requires:
- 5 Ingots: Created from 10 Ore in a Furnace.
- 5 Horns: Dropped by horned Pals like Eikthyrdeer.
- 2 Bones: Dropped by creatures such as Vixy, Anubis, or Gorirat.
To speed up production, assign a Pal with the Medicine Production work suitability—identified by a green bowl icon—to the workbench.
Administering the Cure
Once you have the medicine, follow these steps to restore your Pal:
- Approach the affected Pal.
- Open the interaction menu (default key is 4 on PC).
- Select Feed from the radial menu.
- Choose the High Grade Medical Supplies from your inventory.
After a brief animation where you pet your Pal, the status effect will be removed.
Alternative: Purchasing Supplies
If you prefer not to craft, you can buy High Grade Medical Supplies from Wandering Merchants found in the Small Settlement. Each unit costs 3,000 Gold. While expensive, this is the most direct method to return your base to full productivity during a crisis.
Prevention Tips
To avoid the Weakened status entirely, ensure your base is equipped with Fluffy Pal Beds, consistent access to Feed Boxes, and a Hot Spring to maintain your Pals' Sanity levels.
