What to Expect from the Terranigma PC Port
Originally developed by Quintet, Terranigma follows a mischievous Darkside kid named Crysta on a hollow planet divided between the outer Lightside and the internal Darkside. The game features real-time spear combat, mode 7 aviation elements, and character designs by manga artist Kamui Fujiwara.
Clear River Games Development is part of Clear River Games AB, an Embracer-owned publisher based in Sweden that has previously worked on retro projects like Llamasoft: The Jeff Minter Story and the System Shock 2 remaster. While a precise launch date has not been locked in, the team has pointed to an early 2027 release window for the Steam and GOG editions.
