What to Expect from Sol Cesto
Developed as a tactical and frantic roguelite where mastering luck is key, Sol Cesto features an underworld setting and an eccentric art style accompanied by a vintage-inspired soundtrack. Gameplay operates in a tabletop-style format interspersed with small minigames. Players navigate the underworld by choosing one of four rows of tiles to land in, which places them in a random tile within that row.
Tiles range from treasure chests and strawberries to health increases and enemy encounters as players work to recover the missing sun. To influence their journey, players use metal and stone teeth to place curses, tweak game rules, and adjust probabilities.
