A new collaboration is coming to Helldivers 2. The Ministry of Defense has officially announced the HELLDIVERS™ 2 x Warhammer 40,000: Castellan’s Creed Legendary Warbond, set to release on August 12, 2026. The content drop is inspired by the Cadian Kasrkin regiment of the Astra Militarum.

New Armaments and Stratagems
The Warbond introduces four new tactical options for players:
- R/40-K Hot-Shot Marksman Rifle (Primary): Designed for precision, this rifle is intended for both close and long-range encounters.
- P/40-K Bolt Pistol (Sidearm): A versatile sidearm featuring high stopping power.
- 40-K Meltagun (Stratagem): A thermal energy weapon capable of melting steel, designed to clear undemocratic threats.
- G/40-K Meltamine (Throwable): A proximity-activated burst mine that inflicts significant thermal damage.
Armor and Customization
Two new armor sets will be available, both sharing the "True Grit" passive, which provides a +20 weapon handling bonus and a 30% increase to reload speed for support weapons:
- TG-8 Sharpshooter: Medium armor focused on weapon utility.
- TG-122 Demo-Trooper: Heavy armor built for durability in high-intensity warzones.
Beyond gear, the Warbond includes cosmetic items such as the "Camo Cloak" and "City Fighter's Resolve" capes, the "Castellan’s Green" pattern, and the "Still Standing" player title. Per standard requirements, players will need an active internet connection, and console users must have a paid subscription service to access the game's multiplayer features.
