Maingear is re-launching its Zero product selection on PC, introducing a heavily revised line of prebuilt gaming desktops that pair hidden cable routing with high-end, current-generation hardware. The updated lineup replaces the original Maingear Zero Ruby, which served as a mid-range option in the company's catalog.

Design and Hardware Options

The core concept behind the Zero range relies on Project Zero style motherboards that route all connections around the rear of the chassis. This layout keeps visible wires out of the main compartment. The refreshed models expand on that aesthetic by utilizing a chassis built with 4mm thick panoramic tempered glass and a seamless curve, making all internal components visible from multiple angles.

According to Maingear founder and CEO Wallace Santos, the design is intended to remove visual obstructions and let the hardware act as a display case. Launch editions of the PCs also include a curved panoramic OLED screen via a TRYX Panorama SE AIO cooler, which supports programmable looping videos, GIFs, images, and system stats.
