  • New Major Event: The Ember Warden event introduces a Build Your Own Saga bundle system, reward tracks, and Wandering Market additions.
  • Core Gameplay Fixes: Purification Beads no longer cancel aimed abilities, matching SMITE 1, and timed systems now use the server clock.

New Classic God: Nox

Nox enters the rotation with a kit centered around dark magic and utility. Her passive, Flame of Night, lights a candle for each ability cast to increase her Intelligence. Her toolset features Shadow Lock for rooting and crippling enemy gods, Siphon Darkness to create silencing voids, Shadow Step for dashing and leaping into allied shadows, and Night Terror for launching a dark vortex that silences and weakens targets.

Additionally, the Aspect of Silent Night releases on November 6th, altering her kit to provide dampening, magical shields, and altered damage profiles across her abilities.

Ember Warden Event and Wandering Market

The Ember Warden event introduces a Build Your Own Saga Bundle. Players can choose one Saga (Artemis Frostwarden or Vulcan Emberlord), pick bundles of new or previously released Travelers, and earn a Reward Traveler alongside 10,000 Wandering Market Coins. Purchase prices scale based on your ownership of previously released content within the bundle.

A reward track grants free rewards for the first 20 games played during the event, with bonus rewards available for owners of Vulcan Emberlord or Artemis Frostwarden. Owning both grants access to a free bonus Traveler containing additional Prisms for each Saga.

Meanwhile, the Wandering Market introduces the Classic Traveler Half Life and Traveler Bacchus Brewserker, complete with dedicated premium pages, coins, and thematic prisms.

Gameplay and Quality of Life Improvements

Several technical updates and quality-of-life adjustments have been applied to improve match stability:

  • Purification Beads: Using them no longer cancels an ability you are aiming, matching SMITE 1 functionality.
  • Bot Logic: Bot gods now recover their Conquest role passives after respawning.
  • Clock Synchronization: Shop and event timers now utilize the server clock instead of local PC clocks, preventing discrepancies.
  • Dash Cleanup: Dash system fixes provide smoother and more consistent performance under high latency.
  • Wandering Market UI: Coin balances now display directly on player cards, and leveling up on the Wandering Path triggers a celebration effect.

God and Item Balance Adjustments

The update introduces a new Izanami Aspect—Aspect of the Sickle—which replaces basic attack piercing with area-of-effect damage over time and a stackable wound debuff. Other gods receive direct adjustments:

  • Ah Puch: Intelligence scaling on Empty The Crypts increased from 15% to 20% per tick.
  • Hachiman: Attack speed per stack and damage scaling increased across multiple abilities.
  • Hel: Intelligence scaling reduced on Decay and Inspire.
  • Hou Yi: Ricochet cooldown increased and strength scaling decreased. Basic attacks no longer bounce without a marked target.
  • Ne Zha: Bounce scaling and damage per hit increased for Ring Toss and Wind Fire Wheels.
  • Nike: Rend base damage reduced, and item effects can no longer be proced by Laurels in her Aspect.
  • Nut: Convergence and Warp adjustments reduce damage and increase cooldowns.

Item adjustments include the addition of 5 Mana Regen to Ancient Signet, a reduction in max stacks alongside increased damage reduction for Soul Locket, and increased physical and magical protections for Selflessness and War Flag.
