The return of Rengoku centers on a reimagined version of the Skyscraper map. This iteration has been stripped of modern elements and adapted to fit the event's supernatural theme. Players are tasked with capturing shifting Altars across the map, requiring teams to adapt to changing control points throughout the match.

The event introduces a collection of themed items, including new Operator bundles and legendary weapon customizations. A standout addition is the "Fortune's Quarry" Memento, a cosmetic piece designed for the T-95 LSW.
