Developers of the hide-and-seek title Meccha Chameleon have announced the game's first official emote contest. Players are invited to submit original pose designs for a chance to have their creations added to the game.

Quick Facts

  • Submission Period: Open now through August 8, 2026, at 11:59 PM JST.
  • How to Enter: Share a photo, illustration, or CG render of your pose idea on X using the hashtag #mecchaemote.
  • Selection: Five winning designs will be chosen.
  • Results: Winners will be announced and designs implemented on August 9, 2026.

The contest is open to all formats, and participants do not need to use the game's specific character models for their initial submissions. The event follows a series of recent updates to the PC version of the game, including the addition of the Exit 8 collaboration map and various quality-of-life adjustments to the friend list and spectator mode.

Meccha Chameleon, which launched on June 10, 2026, is currently available on Steam for $5.99.
