How to Spend Glimpses Wisely
Glimpses are mandatory for locating shell map locations and deepening your bond to improve stats and upgrade abilities. Because you cannot fully upgrade every shell in a single run—and there is currently no glimpse refund system—spending decisions require careful planning. Unlocking a single shell location costs between three and four glimpses, with many more required for full upgrades. Most players can fully upgrade roughly two to three shells per playthrough.
