Mistfall Hunter developer Skystone Games has released a server optimization update and officially kicked off the "Soul Harvest" event. The update, released on August 15, 2026, follows a period of reports regarding intermittent stuttering, character teleporting, and general lag.
Server Stutter Optimization
The development team traced the recent performance issues to cloud server CPU hyper-threading. Configuration adjustments were deployed across all servers on August 13 and 14. According to internal monitoring data, these stutters are now occurring less frequently, though the team notes that performance optimization remains an ongoing priority.
Soul Harvest Event Details
The Soul Harvest event is now live for all players on PC. By completing event runs, players can earn exclusive tokens to spend at the Mistchaser Shop. Confirmed rewards available during the event include:
- Soulbound Serpent Crystal (Holy-quality collectible)
- Holy Material Selection Chest
- Moonlight Nectar
- Soul Coins
Additionally, the Fate Chart Shop has been updated to include Moonlight Nectar and a Legendary Material Selection Chest. The developers confirmed that more rare rewards will be added to the Fate Chart Shop as the season progresses.
Player Compensation
To acknowledge the community's support during the initial launch period, Skystone Games is issuing a compensation package. Players who log in before August 22, 2026, at 00:00 UTC+0 will receive the following items via in-game mail:
