Gaijin Entertainment has initiated the 237th edition of the ongoing War Thunder Steam screenshot competition. This round challenges players to capture vehicles operating near or across water, including rivers, lakes, and oceans.

The competition will crown six winners in total: three selected by the community via popular vote and three chosen by the development team. Participants must ensure their submissions are raw, in-game screenshots without the use of external editing software or visual filters, though the game’s built-in replay tools and filters are permitted.
To qualify, entries must feature a vehicle and a body of water, and the title must contain only the required tag. Artists are limited to winning via popular vote once every four competitions. Rewards for the winners will be credited to their accounts within 14 working days following the conclusion of the event.
The announcement also confirmed the winners of the 236th edition, titled "The Long Guns," featuring community-voted entries from users Squadras, maustank11YT, and Dank_Frank, alongside judge-selected entries from Stevat, m10, and &PES&.
