How to Buy and Prepare Your Ticket
Before purchasing tickets, players must ensure they have a credit or debit card listed as their preferred payment option in their Nexon Account Settings. During the checkout process, buyers will select their seats at the show to finalize the transaction.
Following a ticket purchase, attendees must visit the My Order page on the official MapleStory Fest website. Character information and Attendee Badges must be customized by August 27 at 12:00 PM PT. This step is mandatory for anyone wanting to receive the event-exclusive in-game items included with the ticket.
Ticket holders should note that Attendee Badge character details rely on in-game data and equipped items as of that August 27 deadline. Organizers advise attendees to avoid wearing specific Cash items that appear too large for the frame.
Merchandise Pre-Orders
Beyond entry to the live show and digital rewards, verified ticket purchasers will get access to special event merchandise. Pre-orders for pick-up items open on August 14 at 4:00 PM PT.
