Players attending the upcoming event can now access the MapleStory Fest 2026 merch shop to lock in exclusive items ahead of time. Ticket holders are able to pre-order plushies, deskmats, pins, and other exclusive merchandise online to skip long lines and pick up their gear directly at the show.
Pre-Order Schedule and Ticket Requirements
Access to the official merchandise line is tied to when event tickets were purchased. Accounts that secured their admission prior to 1:00 PM PT on August 14 gained access to the pre-order window at 4:00 PM PT on the same day.
For players buying tickets later, pre-orders unlock at 1:00 PM PT each subsequent day based on ticket purchases made by 12:00 PM PT that day. Nexon notes that final products may vary slightly from the preview images displayed on the pre-order page.
