Meet the Boaratos
Headlining the Astraeos update is the Boaratos, a hot-headed hog built for close-quarters combat against formidable opponents. The creature pairs raw physical force with fiery attacks that inflict bleeding damage. Outside of combat, its smoldering abilities can char trees before knocking them down, and defeating one yields spoils suited for the breakfast table.
Cross-Platform Mods and ASA Mod Jam 2026
Players can access custom content—including new maps, creatures, items, and game modes—via the dedicated in-game Mod-browser available across gaming platforms. Additionally, the Top 13 finalist mods from the independent ASA Mod Jam 2026 (organized by Sandi Studios and CurseForge) are live now. Players can find them in the mod browser by searching for #ASAModJam2026. The evaluation period runs from August 2 to August 17, with winners announced on August 21.
Server Transfers and Conquest Details
Official server schedules include upcoming changes for Genesis Ascended Part 1:
- Genesis Ascended Part 1: Transfers onto official servers open on September 4, allowing unrestricted movement of items, creatures, and characters. These servers close on September 18.
- Conquest Season 8: Official Conquest servers are live for PC, Xbox, and PlayStation across 18 Genesis Part 1 maps, featuring 5x rates and specific Tek item restrictions. Cluster B transfers connect to Cluster A on July 17 at 10 AM PT.
