Launch Maps Breakdown
Each of the six maps included at launch draws inspiration from historical operations and locations during the Vietnam War, requiring squads to adapt to dense jungles, waterways, and vertical terrain.
Thanh Hóa Bridge
Centered around the heavily defended Dragon’s Jaw bridge crossing the Nam Ma River, this map emphasizes river and cross-river combat. Players will navigate mountainous terrain, jungle cover, and close-quarters fighting around local villages and trainyards.
Huế Outskirts
Set near the terrain surrounding Hue ahead of the Tet Offensive, this battlefield mixes vertical combat with claustrophobic close-quarters engagements in concrete industrial areas, terraced farms, and accessible waterways.
Vạn Tường
Based on the first US offensive of the war (Operation Starlite), Vạn Tường combines semi-urban village skirmishes with jungle combat. A sprawling river network allows squads to maneuver boats and ambush opponents through dense foliage.
Quảng Ngãi
Reflecting the conditions of Operation Piranha, this map throws players into monsoon flooding, rocky cliffs, caves, and tropical bamboo forests, moving fighting between tight jungle confines and vertical cliff heights.
Đắk Tô Airfield
Focusing on a key US airfield base in the central highlands, this map features a long airstrip strewn with impact craters and destroyed vehicles. Because the operating airfield leaves surrounding areas less dense than traditional jungles, survival demands careful communication across open space.
Cam Ranh Port
Set around the deep-water bay and logistics facility in Khánh Hòa, this map features militarized zones, rolling dunes, and dry creek beds. Large southern waterways accommodate wide-open boat skirmishes, while industrial docks drive close-quarters firefights.
