How the Gameplay Works
During a run, players drop two loot tiles onto a board filled with beasts. Matching swords or bombs near an enemy triggers an immediate hit, while bows and spells attack from a distance. Hearts restore health, shields absorb damage, and coins fund gear and perks in between drops.
Larger groups of matches deal increased damage, and gold attacks can land for double damage. A successful drop can spark long chain reactions where one match leads directly into several others. Between drops, players spend gold in shops on stackable powers that shape their strategy for the run.
Foes and Combat Challenge
Enemies feature individual health stats, attack powers, and armor that absorbs incoming hits before health starts to drop. A crowded board limits safe moves, and bosses introduce unique attacks that force players to adapt mid-run. The deeper a player goes into the dungeon, the tougher the encounters become.
Visuals and Linux Support
The title utilizes hand-drawn pixel art paired with a live particle system that generates sparks, blasts, and gore, which the development team refers to as "roguelite ASMR."
Native Linux support is confirmed as part of the launch plan on Steam. However, Steam Deck support, Proton compatibility, frame rates, system requirements, and controller support remain unconfirmed by the developer as testing data is not yet available.
