The developers of Conqueror's Blade: Three Kingdoms have officially confirmed the start of Territory War, shifting the game’s focus from individual clashes to regional conquest. This mode allows clans to contest fiefs, expand territorial reach, and secure official titles that define the power structure across the continent.
Territory War Schedule
The event operates on a fixed schedule across three primary time zones to accommodate different server regions. Each event lasts for two and a half hours:
- Red Cliff, The Mandate: 19:30-22:00 (UTC+8)
- Jade Seal: 19:30-22:00 (UTC+1)
- Iron Oath: 19:30-22:00 (UTC-4)
Territory War is held every Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday.
The Four Phases of Combat
Matches are divided into four distinct phases, each dictating what actions players can take:
- Preparation (19:30 - 20:00): Focus on infrastructure. Clans can build Main Camps, establish defense facilities, and perform rations resupply. You cannot initiate new battlefronts during this time.
- Combat (20:00 - 21:30): The active phase. Clans can initiate battlefronts for townships, counties, passes, and capitals. Defensive construction is disabled, but offense is fully enabled.
- Winding Down (21:30 - 22:00): No new fronts can be opened, and construction is disabled. Ongoing battles continue until a victor is determined, and attackers can still use rations to maintain their push.
- Settlement (22:00): The system calculates fief ownership and assigns titles based on the results of the combat phase.
Strategic Deployment and Rations
Successful territorial expansion requires more than just combat prowess. While every fief provides a base 10-minute attack window, prolonged sieges require active supply management. Attackers must build a Main Camp and a Granary within the target's jurisdiction; donating rations to this Granary is mandatory for sustaining an offensive beyond the initial 10 minutes.
Players can facilitate these supply lines by upgrading their Personal Camp to level 4 and constructing a "Wagon Camp." This allows for the use of supply convoys, which carry larger capacities for ration donations.
Entry requirements for conflict vary by location type:
- Township: Minimum 1 player
- County: Minimum 3 players
- Stronghold: Minimum 5 players
- Passes and Capitals: Minimum 8 players
War declarations require Clan Prestige. The system selects the commander clan for an offensive based on which declaring clan holds the highest Fief Clan Prestige.
Recent Gameplay Optimizations
In response to player feedback regarding early progression and preparation costs, the developers have implemented several balancing changes:
- Resource Gathering: Daily collection limits for resource sites have been increased (Neutral: 4, Alliance: 5, Clan: 6).
- Crafting Costs: Requirements for Refined Iron and Tough Leather (4-star to 5-star kits) are reduced to 55% of original costs. Equipment crafting materials (Hardwood, Hard Stone, Rough Leather, Crude Iron) are reduced to 33%.
- Gear Safety: Dying during Rebel Purges or Bandit Raids no longer results in the loss of equipped gear.
Players can claim a one-time compensation package via in-game mail, containing two [Weekly Construction Material Boxes] and two [Daily Forging Supplies].
