New Narratives and Characters
The crossover brings Reverse: 1999 characters into the world of Facility 3826. The narrative update focuses on Atomic Heart regulars, specifically highlighting the robotic Twins and NORA, the repair cabinet from the Annihilation Instinct DLC.
The Twins are set to be a significant addition to the game's roster as the first characters capable of inflicting damage across two Aflattus types. They also introduce a new mechanic allowing them to dual-wield Psychubes, effectively granting them two sets of base stats. For those looking to add to their collection through gameplay, a four-star NORA can be recruited as part of the event's progression, which is designed to pair with the game’s free monthly pass.
Redeeming Your Rewards
To help players prepare for the event, Bluepoch has released a redemption code: AtomicHeartCollab0723. Players can claim the bonus by navigating to the Reverse: 1999 settings menu, selecting the Account tab, and clicking the Redeem button to enter the code.
Mundfish’s Expanding Universe
This collaboration is the latest in a series of crossovers for Mundfish’s flagship title, which has previously appeared in games such as War Thunder, Revival: Colonization, Battle Teams 2, and World War Heroes. Beyond collaborations, the developer is actively expanding the Atomic Heart universe in-house.
During the 2026 Summer Game Fest, Mundfish confirmed that Atomic Heart 2 is currently in development with a 2026 release window, aiming to take the series' events to a global scale. Additionally, the developer is working on a multiplayer RPG shooter titled The CUBE, which is confirmed for Steam, though no official release date or further platform details have been provided at this time.
