House Flipper Remastered Collection has received its most significant update to date. Titled the “Alchemist's Bunker,” the patch introduces a new gameplay mechanic centered around brewing and consuming elixirs to alter player movement and tool efficiency.

New Alchemist's Bunker Features

The update adds a cauldron and an elixir tray to the game, allowing players to consume mysterious liquids that trigger random effects. These potions are divided into two categories based on their duration and impact:

  • Positive Effect Potions: Six unique elixirs that grant buffs for 120 seconds.
  • Negative Effect Potions: Six status debuffs that hinder the player for 15 seconds.

Positive and Negative Potion Effects

Each of the 12 potions features a custom visual appearance to help players identify them. The positive elixirs are designed to assist with renovation tasks, while the negative ones provide a more chaotic gameplay experience:

Positive Effects (120 Seconds)

  • Superhuman Strength (Dusky Purple): Enables instant object pickup, enhances the grappling hook, and increases hammer swing power.
  • Moon Jump (Amethyst Purple): Reduces gravity, allowing for significantly higher jumps.
  • Infinite Jump (Iridescent Green): Grants the ability to jump repeatedly without needing to touch the ground.
  • Long Arms (Stormy Blue): Extends the interaction and tool range by 10x.
  • Swift Movement (Icy Blue): Doubles walking and running speed.
  • Swift Hands (Sapphire Blue): Doubles the speed at which tools function.

Negative Effects (15 Seconds)

  • Confusion (Murky Pink): Causes movement to sway unpredictably.
  • Icy Boots (Murky Magenta): Simulates walking on ice, making movement slippery.
  • Curse of the Hare (Murky Purple): Forces the character to jump continuously until the effect wears off.
  • Breakneck Speed (Murky Turquoise): Increases movement speed to a difficult, excessive level.
  • Heavy Legs (Murky Green): Halves movement speed.
  • Heavy Hands (Murky Red): Halves the speed of all tools.
