As part of the ongoing 30th-anniversary celebrations for the franchise, The Pokemon Company has unveiled a new collaboration with Adidas. The collection consists of 12 distinct sneaker designs, each modeled after iconic Pocket Monsters and slated for a September 2026 launch.

Collection Highlights and Designs

The collection features nine different Pokemon across various Adidas models. Pikachu serves as the centerpiece of the line with three unique designs, including a pair of Superstar 2s featuring fluffy ears attached to the tongue.

The collection also includes:

  • Charizard Line: Includes the Charizard Superstar Vintage, which features decorative wings on the sides, alongside Charmander and Charmeleon-themed Superstar 2s.
  • Gastly Line: Features Control 5s for Gastly, Haunter-themed sneakers with tongue spikes, and Adistar XLG 2.0s for Gengar.
  • Legendaries and Classics: Mewtwo is represented on ZX 8000s and Samba OGs, while Rayquaza appears on two separate designs.

Release and Availability

While an exact day in September has not been specified, the sneakers are expected to be available through the official Adidas website and potentially at select retail locations. Pricing details for the individual models have yet to be confirmed by either brand.
