Call of Duty: Vanguard Hits Xbox Game Pass Alongside THPS 3+4 and More

Xbox has revealed its latest wave of additions to the Game Pass library, bringing a mix of high-profile franchises and indie hits to the service. While the lineup features some heavy hitters, the inclusion of Call of Duty: Vanguard will likely be the most debated addition for subscribers this month.

Call of Duty: Vanguard and New Additions

If you missed Call of Duty: Vanguard when it launched in 2021, you can now access it via Xbox Game Pass Premium and PC Game Pass. The title, which returned to the World War 2 era, was widely criticized for a hollow Zombies mode and a general lack of innovation. However, with the barrier to entry removed, it serves as a viable option for those looking to experience the high-budget single-player campaign.

Also available now is Junkster, a retro-styled 3D platformer. Players take control of a small robot scavenging an alien boneyard to build custom platforms and ramps. It is currently available for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass subscribers.

June and July Schedule

The service continues to expand through the end of June and into early July with a variety of genres:

• EA Sports FC 26: Arriving June 18 for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass, this year's installment hits the service right as the World Cup gains momentum.
• Abyssus: Dropping June 25 for Xbox Game Pass Premium and PC Game Pass, this fast-paced roguelite FPS tasks players with navigating dark, bioluminescent underwater ruins.
• RV There Yet?: Coming June 30 to Xbox Game Pass Premium and PC Game Pass, this chaotic co-op game challenges up to four players to navigate treacherous roads without destroying their vehicle. It previously saw success on Steam with over 100,000 concurrent players.
• Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 + 4: Landing July 2 on Xbox Game Pass Premium and PC Game Pass, this remake brings the two classic titles to the service. Note that the open-ended career mode from THPS 4 was not included in this collection.
• Winds of Arcana: Ruination: This 2.5D dark fantasy Metroidvania arrives July 6 on Xbox Game Pass Premium and PC Game Pass, following a successful launch on Steam.
