Sony Interactive Entertainment has officially unveiled its Gaming News lineup for San Diego Comic-Con 2026. Running from July 23 to 26, the event will host several high-profile panels, including deep dives into Marvel’s Wolverine, MARVEL Tokon: Fighting Souls, and the newly revealed God of War Laufey.

Deep Cuts: Marvel’s Wolverine at Hall H

The Marvel’s Wolverine panel, titled "Deep Cuts," takes place on Thursday, July 23, from 11:15 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. PT in Hall H. Creative director Marcus Smith, game director Mike Daly, narrative director Walt Williams, and senior project director Jess Reiner-Reed will be joined by actors Liam McIntyre (Wolverine) and Krizia Bajos (Jean Grey), alongside Marvel Games executive producer Eric Monacelli. Moderated by Naomi Kyle, the panel promises behind-the-scenes insights, a look at the game’s story, and never-before-seen content ahead of its September 15 launch on PlayStation 5.

Fans attending the convention can also visit the Marvel Booth (#2329) to participate in photo opportunities and receive promotional items, including Marvel’s Wolverine claws and a prequel comic written by Walt Williams. Additionally, a branded San Diego Trolley will be circulating, and the Omni Hotel Lawn will feature a Proto-Sentinel Head photo spot with "Madripoor Sunrise" slushies available.

Behind the Battle: MARVEL Tokon: Fighting Souls

Immediately following the Wolverine panel, MARVEL Tokon: Fighting Souls takes the Hall H stage from 12:00 p.m. to 12:45 p.m. PT. Moderated by Sajam, the session features game producer Takeshi Yamanaka and localization director Amber Seitz from Arc System Works, along with Marvel Games' Michael Francisco. They will be joined by Marvel Comics artist Mike Deodato and voice actor Josh Keaton to discuss the game’s place in the Marvel Universe and offer surprise announcements.

Attendees can play MARVEL Tokon: Fighting Souls at the Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina in the San Diego Ballroom, where Doctor Doom and Storm statues will be available for photos.

Forging God of War Laufey’s Next Heroes

On Friday, July 24, from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. PT in Ballroom 20, God of War Laufey game director Ariel Lawrence and Santa Monica Studio head of creative Cory Barlog will lead an in-depth conversation. This panel marks the first time the cast has appeared since the game’s reveal, featuring Deborah Ann Woll (Laufey), Chris Judge (Kratos), Jack Quaid (Phranque), and Perlina Lau (Rue).
