Following the release of the Version 1.8 update, the development team for The Seven Deadly Sins: Origin has issued a status report on several technical issues currently affecting players. While some bugs require waiting for a future patch, others have immediate workarounds.
Known Technical Issues and Solutions
- Steam Login Error: Players encountering error code 30021225-0 should update their Steam client to the latest version to restore access.
- Character Positioning: If your character is moved to an unintended area after leaving a party, reconnecting to the game should resolve the issue.
- World Collision: There is a reported issue where characters may fall beneath the ground. This remains under investigation and is slated for a future fix.
Gameplay and UI Bugs
The developers have confirmed several other bugs that do not currently have a listed fix:
- Derieri’s Gauntlets: The cooldown timer fails to display if a combo attack is canceled during the 'Wild Rush' special attack.
- Reward Display: Reward items missing a quantity value incorrectly display as having a quantity of '1'.
- Navigation Errors: Selecting 'Go to the Missions Menu' from the 'Trail of Progress - Two Paths' event screen incorrectly redirects players to the general Quest list.
- Raid Retries: The 'Retry' button fails to activate if a player clears a solo raid while lacking sufficient 'Mystic Keys'.
- Controller Issues: Viewing material Set Effects on the Engraved Equipment crafting screen and selecting 'Back' will cause the in-game cursor to vanish.
- Leaderboard Data: The 'Previous Season Ranking Info' section is failing to display the 'Top %' text for user records.
The developers noted that this list of known issues will be updated as new bugs are identified or existing ones are resolved.
