Ledgerbound, the new tactical RPG from developer OmniMegaSuperCorp, has officially launched on PC via Steam. Set within the corporate framework of Heroes United Life Group (HULG), players take on the role of an insurance specialist tasked with denying massive payouts following the deaths of the world’s top heroes.

The game combines turn-based combat with a narrative structure focused on investigating the circumstances of those deaths. Players manage equipment through a system of 'swag' and 'liabilities'—the latter providing powerful combat effects that often require a self-inflicted cost, such as the Quota Collar's damage boost which mandates a blood payment at the end of every turn.

Quality of Life and Performance Updates

Following its launch, OmniMegaSuperCorp has released a series of updates to address player feedback regarding the game's management mechanics. These include:

  • Reduced Burnout: New settings now allow players to lower the severity of burnout penalties and the time costs associated with resting.
  • Technical Improvements: The game now supports windowed mode and allows for the manual dismissal of summons.
  • Audio Refinements: Adjustments have been made to voice line timings to ensure comedic delivery remains consistent.
