Cyberleek, the individual responsible for leaking Grand Theft Auto 6 content, has begun soliciting advertising and sponsorship deals on their website. Despite ongoing efforts by Rockstar Games and publisher Take-Two to identify and pursue those responsible for the leaks, the leaker is now explicitly offering premium advertising space and custom gameplay footage to brands.
Funding and Advertising Details
According to the leaker’s website, the process for securing ad placement or custom content is conducted privately through the Session messenger. To initiate contact or negotiations, interested parties are required to send a payment of 400 Monero (XMR), a cryptocurrency valued at approximately $164,730 at current conversion rates.
The leaker claims these funds are being raised through community support and strategic partnerships. The offerings include:
- Ad Placements: Opportunities such as video watermarks on leaked content.
- Custom Content: The creation of gameplay footage tailored to specific brands, including requests for sexual content.
Risk and Legal Context
While Cyberleek continues to distribute unauthorized materials, the move to open direct communication channels for financial transactions increases the risk of identification. Legal experts suggest that such public solicitation could provide additional avenues for Take-Two to pursue claims of accessory culpability against any brands that choose to participate in the advertising scheme.
Grand Theft Auto VI is currently scheduled for release on November 19, 2026, for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series S/X.
