Zombies Finale: Rex Infernus
The Black Ops 7 Zombies storyline reaches its conclusion with the introduction of the Rex Infernus round-based map. Players will confront the Warden to save reality, fighting off new Deathspinner and Web Mother enemies. The map includes the Titan Trap, the Widow's Wine Perk-a-Cola, the Fully Packed Ultra GobbleGum, and legacy weapons such as the TR2 Marksman Rifle and Olympia Shotgun from the Mystery Box.
The Main Quest for Rex Infernus becomes playable at launch in both Standard and Cursed Mode. Cursed mode removes Main Quest guidance while limiting the HUD and starting pistol.
Multiplayer Updates and Maps
In multiplayer, the update adds the Turbo Tilt map, which places players inside a massive pinball machine built from Nuketown history complete with bumpers, ramps, and targets. Operators can also tackle Freerun: Descent, a seven-zone mobility obstacle course featuring wall jumps, slides, wingsuit sections, and grappling gun segments.
Cranked Moshpit returns, requiring players to eliminate enemies and play objectives to keep their timer and life from running out. Additional weekly challenges let players unlock new attachments and the Mace Melee Weapon.
Warzone and Endgame Changes
Call of Duty: Warzone receives the Burn Run Assignment in Endgame, challenging Operators to race through flaming checkpoints on a Guild-rigged UTV while dodging enemies and obstacles. Players can pick up Repair and Boost power-ups along the way.
Loaded Resurgence drops players into Rebirth Island, Haven's Hollow, and Fortune's Keep with custom loadout weapons from the start, while perks are earned through eliminations. Season 05 Reloaded serves as the final chance to play Endgame for free; at the start of Season 06, the mode will leave the Warzone menu and remain accessible only to Black Ops 7 owners.
