Sega and Two Point Studios have confirmed that Two Point Hospital: Full Health Collection is heading to consoles later this year. The comprehensive package, which bundles the base game with its major expansions, will debut digitally on Switch 2 on September 16, 2026.
Quick Facts
- Digital Release Date: September 16, 2026 (Switch 2)
- Physical Release Date: November 6, 2026 (Switch 2 and PS5)
- Included Expansions: Culture Shock, A Stitch in Time, Speedy Recovery, Bigfoot, Pebberley Island, Close Encounters, and Off the Grid.
- Included Item Packs: Retro Items Pack, Fancy Dress Pack, and additional free content.
What to Expect from the Collection
The Full Health Collection is designed as the definitive version of the management sim. Beyond the main game, players will gain access to nine new hospitals, over 80 new illnesses, and additional gameplay mechanics introduced through the various DLC expansions. The collection also includes several aesthetic and functional item packs.
Because the title is launching on the Switch 2, the development team has indicated that players can expect improved visuals and performance compared to previous console iterations of the game.
Physical Availability
While the digital launch is set for September, those looking for a physical copy will have to wait until November 6, 2026. Sega has confirmed that physical versions will be available for both Switch 2 and PlayStation 5. Specific details regarding regional availability and pre-order instructions are expected to be announced in the coming weeks.
The original Two Point Hospital previously saw a successful release on the Switch, earning a 9/10 score in our 2020 review for its accessible management gameplay and portability.
