Nintendo's mascot is officially getting the minifigure treatment. Lego celebrated Mario Day by revealing that, after years of fan requests, Mario and several other characters from the Mushroom Kingdom will appear as official minifigures across an initial wave of eight sets releasing in 2027.

Lego Super Mario Minifigure Sets and Pricing
Mario heads up the collection with multiple minifigure variants distributed across the sets. A standard Mario minifigure comes packaged with Racing with Mario, Mario Pipe Jump, and Yoshi at Mario's House. A Fire Mario minifigure is included in Bowser's Castle, while a shirtless Beach Mario appears in Mario's Beach Adventures.
Luigi joins his brother in two upcoming sets: Luigi & Bowser Jr's Race, which includes the first-ever Bowser Jr. minifigure, and Fire Luigi vs. Koopa Troopa Battle.
