NetEase and Everstone Studio have announced the release date for the final chapter of the Where Winds Meet Hidden Mountain storyline. Chapter Three is set to launch on September 16, marking the conclusion of the current narrative trilogy.

This update brings players to a direct confrontation with Qianye, the antagonist responsible for the destruction of the protagonist's home. Alongside the conclusion of the story, the developers are introducing a new Extraction Mode, allowing players to scavenge for loot and decide whether to engage in combat with others or exit the area undetected. Additionally, the game will host a Ghost Month Special Event featuring Chinese horror-inspired supernatural elements.

Enhanced Combat Choreography

To coincide with these content updates, the studio has appointed Yuen Woo-ping as the game's Global Action Consultant. Yuen Woo-ping is recognized for his choreography work on notable martial arts films including The Matrix, Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon, and The Grandmaster. His involvement is intended to refine the action RPG's combat sequences to be more cinematic.
