Nintendo has expanded its franchise with a spin-off titled Splatoon Raiders. Departing from the traditional team-based turf wars of previous entries, this title brings a single-player campaign experience to the Nintendo Switch 2.

What Is Splatoon Raiders?
Unlike standard franchise entries focused on competitive multiplayer, Splatoon Raiders is a single-player game with a story campaign, similar to the DLC expansions released for Splatoon 2 and Splatoon 3. Players take on the role of a mechanic heading out to the Spirhalite Islands alongside Splatoon 3's idol trio, Deep Cut, to investigate a glowing column of light surrounded by clouds.
Gameplay involves fighting bosses, crafting machines, tweaking gear, and flinging paint. Combat heavily features Salmonids from Salmon Run, requiring players to defeat enemies and collect eggs.
Trailers and Pre-Orders
Players can view the announcement and gameplay trailers via the official Nintendo YouTube accounts. Pre-order details have not yet gone live, but the title will be available through the Nintendo Store and major retailers such as Amazon, ShopTo, and Smyths.
New Amiibo Figures
Three new amiibo figures featuring Shiver, Frye, and Big Man will launch alongside the game. Each figure unlocks a new outfit and accessories inspired by Splatoon Raiders.
