Splatoon Raiders features a selection of minigames housed at the arcade machine, an unlockable upgrade to the training grounds. There are four arcade games in total, offering time-based and points-based challenges that require specific techniques to master and reach rank A.

Splatoon Raiders Arcade Games Quick Overview

  1. Unlock the Arcade Cabinet: Purchase the initial games through the Test Range section of the shop after unlocking Hideout Ship construction.
  2. Upgrade Your Ship: Raise your Hideout Ship to levels two and three to purchase the remaining arcade games.
  3. Master Each Minigame: Score A rank across all four games—Mining, Hopping, Juggling, and Landing—to earn the Speedster Bot Pro outfit.

Mining

In Mining, you start with a 40-second time limit to dig as far down as possible. Hold ZR to accelerate your movement. Be careful not to hit the sides or boulders, as collisions will stop you, and higher speeds make maneuvering more difficult. Collecting Spirhalite shards and power eggs adds time to the clock. Accumulating 6,000 points earns you an A rank.

Hopping

Hopping is another time-based minigame where you begin with 60 seconds on the clock. Your goal is to keep a squid in the air using a bot buddy. Landing the squid or yourself on top of Salmonids located on the ground or in the air grants extra time: one bounce adds 0.1 seconds, two bounces add 0.2 seconds, and three bounces add 0.5 seconds. Dropping your squid pal deducts ten seconds, while hitting a salmonid deducts 7.5 seconds. Scoring 5,500 points achieves an A rank.

Juggling

Juggling does not feature a time limit. Instead, you must keep all the Salmonids in the air simultaneously. Dropping a Salmonid costs you a heart, and losing five hearts results in a game over. Spirhalite shards fall during the minigame to offer bonus points. Juggling supports local multiplayer, allowing two players to control one joystick each. You need 7,000 points to secure an A rank.

Landing

Landing challenges you across ten stages to guide the buddy bot from one side of the screen to the other using LZ and RZ. Avoid holding down inputs for too long. Scoring is determined by clearing the level, completion time, collected Spirhalite shards, and executing a soft, upright landing.
