What to Expect from the Mobile Experience
According to Garena, Palworld Online aims to adapt the scale and freedom of the main game for mobile hardware. The title will feature an interconnected open world and will include both cooperative and competitive multiplayer elements. To accommodate mobile play, the developers are implementing a touch-friendly interface that includes an optional one-tap control scheme.
Garena president Terry Zhao confirmed that the publisher is working in close collaboration with Pocketpair on the project. While the announcement includes a first look via a screenshot, further details regarding specific mechanics and story elements are expected to be shared at a later date.
This announcement follows the recent launch of the 1.0 edition of the original Palworld, which saw a significant increase in player activity, reaching over 500,000 peak concurrent users on Steam during its most recent weekend.
