Garena Online Private Limited has officially announced Palworld Online, a licensed mobile MMO spin-off of Pocketpair’s survival title. The game is confirmed for a 2026 release on both iOS and Android.
Gameplay and Mobile Optimization
Unlike a direct port, Palworld Online is being developed as a standalone MMO experience. The game will feature a seamless open world, original lore, and a series of exclusive side stories. Players will be able to form groups to build bases, engage in PvP combat, and challenge powerful enemies.
Garena is focusing on specific mobile-first design choices to address the complexities of the original game's UI. This includes an interface optimized for touchscreens and optional one-tap controls, intended to simplify the building and management menus that can be cumbersome on smaller devices.
