Publisher PQube and developer Dual Effect have announced that Tormented Souls 2 will launch for the Nintendo Switch 2 on October 15, 2026. The survival horror sequel will also receive a physical release on the platform, which will arrive on a game key card.

Story and Setting
In Tormented Souls 2, players reunite with Caroline Walker following the harrowing events at Wildberger Hospital. In the months that follow, her sister Anna is haunted by visions of violence and death, compelling her to create disturbing drawings that rapidly manifest into horrifying reality.
Desperate to free Anna of her affliction, the sisters travel to the remote town of Villa Hess and a mysterious clinic nestled deep within the mountains of southern Chile. What appears to be a serene and calming retreat quickly turns into a new nightmare when Mother Lucia and her sinister cult kidnap Anna as part of their twisted plans.
Gameplay and Combat
To escape the clutches of the cult and save her sister, Caroline must navigate the twisted halls of the facility. Players will utilize the pneumatic nailer and a wide range of brutal makeshift weapons, alongside calling upon supernatural abilities to travel to the town's mysterious "Other Side" to face the terrors waiting within.
Prior to its Nintendo Switch 2 arrival, the game launched for the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam, Epic Games Store, and GOG.
