Publisher Nicalis has announced that The Binding of Isaac: Repentance+ Online will release on November 19, 2026. The title is arriving on Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S.

This release includes the complete The Binding of Isaac experience, bundling Rebirth with all subsequent downloadable content, including Afterbirth, Afterbirth+, Repentance, and Repentance+. The package features hundreds of items, dozens of playable characters, and randomized runs.
Beyond the addition of online multiplayer, the release incorporates various rebalanced items and quality-of-life improvements developed through years of updates to the base game. While digital versions will be available across all three platforms, physical copies are confirmed specifically for the Nintendo Switch 2.
